Master Syndic - Terms of Service

Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Master Syndic platform, website, mobile application, and related services (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
Scope of the Service
Master Syndic is a global digital platform that provides residence, property, and community management tools, including:
- Building and unit management
- Financial and expense tracking
- Communication and notifications
- Document storage
- User collaboration
- Cloud-based administrative services
The Service is available internationally unless prohibited by law.
Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
Use by organizations outside Morocco is permitted.
Global Compliance
Master Syndic complies with major international standards including:
- EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
- California CCPA
- ePrivacy rules
- International data transfer regulations
Users from all countries benefit from applicable legal protections.
User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- All activities performed under your account
- Informing us immediately of unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
- Upload content that is abusive, hateful, defamatory, or violent
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or circumvent security systems
- Misuse financial tools or impersonate other individuals
- Collect data of other users without permission
We may investigate violations and cooperate with legal authorities.
User Content and Ownership
- You retain ownership of all content and data you upload.
- You grant Master Syndic a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely to operate the Service.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

- We use cloud or third-party providers
- Legal compliance requires data transfer
All transfers follow GDPR-standard safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Payments, Billing and Refund Policy
Some features require subscription or payments.
- Prices are displayed in local currency when available
- International taxes may apply depending on user location
- Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
- We may revise pricing with prior notice
Declined payments may result in service suspension.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee:

- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse or inaccurate data entered by users

In the event of a dispute, the competent courts or an arbitration mechanism may be used, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
